AOMD out of action?

Just thought I'd bring to your attention that tomorrow's (May 2nd) server side patch will most likely render AOMD and similar programs non-functional. I am no programmer, so I'm not sure how much of an adjustment that is needed to have them work again.

Enno has posted about the changes in this thread on the Test Server Bugs forum.

We know how popular these programs are, and that their loss will be a hit to those accustomed to - some would say dependant on - using them. I'll check what we might be able to do about it.

I've heard rumors about one of the AOMD versions working anyway, and even working for modem users. Can't confirm it myself though, but you people can probably dig up that information easily anyway.

(No, I won't mention which one, as I really don't want to advertise a third party tool. )
