I tried to attempt something NOBODY HAS EVER DONE!

I came into 2ho and I saw disciple092.
So I shouted out...
I surrender, I GIVE UP!
Show me you can take my prisoner.
Over here, Capture me!
dont attack me, roleplay!

Then I got mad and said FFS CAN YOU NOT ATTACK AND PLEASE GET ALONG.

But but, Im surprised, he/she Actually wanted to help, so he wouldnt attack, Thnx, and sorry for what I said.

Then I went outside and Dis didnt attack me, Beamo and Fryli did.

Then I lost Rookie and now Freshman, I dont need titles to prove If im good or not.

Then I took a picture of me with PVP grace gone and 7 clanners standing there infront of me when...

Vargher hit you for 282 Energy

I died
I tried to convince might voorg not to attack and I think it worked.

Then I stood at the whompah, Moredhel helped alot, she tried to pretend to escort me to the grid and capture me, I had my arms raised to surrender when, Ajuna attack me, I died.

Ttook a pic with moredhel and me walking to grid for the second time.
I got killed by Lynxeyed.
I asked him not to again.

then Synoptc and ajuna attacked me.


All of this I was in rez shock unarmed.

Then Angelicnova Attacked me.
Then she attacked me again. (does not deserve neo)
Then Synoptic


I got a few pictures of a few people not attacking.


WHY CLOUD WHY?

Does this game have hope in COMBAT ROLEPLAY OR 25% ZONES? NO! NOT A CHANCE.

Can people not play as if this is quake and you get 100$ a kill and realise, hey, there a person over the other side of the world who wants to help the majority pf people, well you dont like roleplay, DONT PLAY AO, MMORPG.

I am the one who tried to make history here on AO's PVP scene, I was 50% succesful, now can I make it so NOBODY ATTACKS ME?

Im not here for fame or for glory, I dont want attention, I WANT TO HELP here, I dont want pvp to be the godamn same all the time, I dont want events turned into impatient people attacking me.

Id happily surrender when im out numbered say, in a a bar, 25%, I wouldnt attack, but somepeople would just attack.

As it stands now, Titles are meaningless crap. They dont follow any intelligible formula, and there are SO many loosers out there that hug thier 'uber' titles whit both arms.

BTW, if anyone cares...i've been playing CS alot, not AO, haven't actually levelled in about 2 weeks, I just jumped on for a day to grab some armor and log.... CS1.4 came out 2 days ago, along with HL 1.9

this is the problem with pvp being part of a game with no objectives. if we where fighting for something pvp could be a very fun part of this game but as it is, its just filled witha buch of idiots who want a synonym for "noob" tagged infront of thier name.

Give us objective play in pvp so there is a reason to fight.
Give us zero pvp death downtime for all levels.
Give us level restriction groups over lvl 75.
Give us 100% damage back.

If you take all those things and implement them you simulate the best pvp 1rst person shooters on the market on a mmorpg scale. With objectives people have a point to fight. different proffessions can play different roles in fights as in classic 1rst persons like TFC. Those games where overwelmingly popular for a reason. Now funcom, imagine your profits if you managed to pull off a massive simulation of them.

oh and for the record, i play RTCW for pvp ejoyment currently. being able to take and hold objectives and get shot up in true fire fights is so much more fun than.....

Well i also used to do that back in my clan days and when amnesty was around and i was roleplaying ah i also lead small russin friends guild

I was MP lvl 50 armed with bronto cheese and dressed in nice clothes going to 2HO an shouting i am here to apply for coorporation. Couple people tried to roleplay but there was always some nerd usualy freshman and up who was killing me. Ah offcource MP with no armor with no pet easy target if you only here for titile .

I realy miss that pvp back when was 100% damage. Was more fun especialy on claners side.

Clans had less high lvl people and omni had also advantage in armor.
Ah those raids on 2HO back in september when me, my brother and boyfreind teamed and 60 more people were trying to take over 2HO we all knew the outcome, omni will win, but we sill went and it was for fun. Now Pevepe is just title farming i think last realy cool PvP event was in end of december or was it in beginign of january when Redruum orginized battle in Bellay forest.

Situation drasticly swiched more high lvl claners and people care about geting novice more then geting fun from the game.

remeber month ago 14 claners were in 2HO and omni were trying to kill them...

people standing in front of whompa. Man no LMA i am aint going in there doh give me HP buff quickly finaly we got MA and doctor to buff that took like half an hour and we whompad in 2HO ah yes i think i died 5 times while our "titled" people were geting buffs they need to survive. Survive? or is it to kill and get title?

When i will pvp with my doc i will just pvp like i did with adventurer stand in MMD 25% area and not leave it even if 100 claners or omni (if i go back) will try to kill me. I will stand there untill i get killed.

Dont care about tile its destroys pvp. I am neophyte phear me i am uber and yet i am sure that those neophytes afraid of some filthy frehman more then novice becasue there always chance to lose and if you lose to not tiled person you maye even become novice again.

but it was still more fun.

A while after that Disc also told ppl in guildtchat that u would surrender.

If everyone thinks that roleplaying is dead in AO, it is, but if someone starts and people play along, I think there still is hope.

The sad part is, when FC tries to send in troops that scan people or whatever they do, people gather around. And asks "WTF is going on" or they start asking a lot of silly questions.

Which also leads to FC, they really should be doing stuff more often and help people to roleplay. When people ask wtf is going on, it just shows that these things happens too often or is not announced in a good enough matter. Sure it's cool when things happen unannouced too...

So Cloudeh good going, really a good way of showing that it is possible to get people to play along, which is cool. Now we just have to get people to be more active and to realize that roleplaying is in fact cool, and that you can play whatever you want.
