Agent false profession.

Just a question from an up an coming agent..I just got me the MA prof. nano prg. Now I have a question , and excuse me if I dont have all the names right. After changing profession to MA I tried using ( i think) clap of thunder..

it didnt work and it said I needed 4 times the mana it said in the description..whats up with that..I aleady need to have higher skill than and MA would need to use t, so why do I need 4 times the nano ?..the Ip cost just to get up to using the lowliest nano programs are high enough without me having to spend a zilion ip on raising my nano..

Anyway..If this is the way it is..fair enough..BUT IT SHOULD SAY SO SOMEWHERE -BEFORE- I INVEST IP AND MONEY!!!!

250%nano increase (dont forget to remove your tank armor while u cast...)
