A Report to Mister Ross concerning the state of Omni-Tek operations on Rubi-Ka

Greetings Mr. Ross,

I hope you have been well since our last correspondence and that you are enjoying this holiday season.

Since you officially signed the act that would create the detachment you chose me to lead [AT-SS-DT:544A CN: "The Darkness Nova"] things have taken a few interesting turns. As you of course know, this detachment's official primary objectives in the Rimor district are to support other detachments out on the field, assisting in notum mine defense when needed. In this regard things are quite well and I would like to note to you morale is high within my detachment and Omni-Tek has taken many Clan held mines in the last weeks [as you well know].

My true mission, of course was to act as your second eyes and ears among other detachment leaders. I have a lot to report on these matters in the paragraphs below, as many of our su****ions have turned out to be true either whole or in part.

Surely this was in part subversive but we both know Omni-Tek's operations on Rubi-Ka are very important and I totally agree with the methods and your own motives in signing this act. I am grateful you allowed me to sit in on the holo-meeting with the Board of Directors regarding this issue and offer my input on how matters may be improved before the act was drawn up.

We [of AT-SS-DT:544A] found ourselves spread thin at first and it was difficult to accomplish our objectives. I do appreciate that you listened to my feedback and sent the recent troop detail to help bolster our numbers [when the ICC allowed the Omni command ship to resume it's low stationary orbit over HQ]. It was just what we needed and we have been significantly more successful in our official primary objectives. Specifically the special agent, enforcers, and engineers you sent have been particularly helpful in neutralizing and claiming Clan resources.

In regards to my personal primary objective, I have news that is troubling in the least, and should be thought over in full with all facts taken into account. Several leaders [AT-OP-DT: 498B, AT-DT: 507, AT-OM-DT: 536B, and AT-SS-DT: 539A] are showing signs of what I consider personally to be traitorous behavior [yes a special detachment is among these]. They have helped out Neutral organizations previously alligned with specific Clans. While this on the whole is not bad, as we are trying to convert the Neutrals to the Omni-Tek way, a specific discussion comes to mind.

The Board members put you in charge here, these words in my mind are treason but I leave that judgement call up to you.

I have also gathered a list of Omni-Tek loyals who defended you and our cause on Rubi-Ka during that "discussion". These are [AT-OP-DT: 531H, AT-OP-DT: 538, and AT-SS-DT: 543B].

This comes on the trail of the Council of Truth possibly reinstating itself. The Clans have been in turmoil since it's fall and rather easy to fight. However if they become more organized we may, as you know, have to send for more Omni-Pol officers and specialist troops.

I was going to speak with you in person but you were not available at your office in the Omni-Admin building in HQ. They told me you were on the command ship so I took a shuttle up there but it turns out you were in your private quarters asleep. So in this light, I write this to you for you to read when you awaken this morning.

Given all these facts, I have a special proposal for the betterment of Omni-Tek and it's cause on Rubi-Ka. I request that you meet with me and the other loyalist leaders of Omni-Tek detachments in Omni-Admin so that we can assist you in devising a plan of action. Since the day I was saved by Omni-Tek employees and met you, I have loyally taken your advice, along with your orders. Now I formally request that you listen to what some of the detachment leaders in our district have to say concerning these recent events. It is possible that with our knowledge you can then present all facts and perhaps a proposed plan of action to the Board of Directors so this can be dealt with.
