No, acctually not. Those using the amnsety would not be clanners anymore, right?
So the messages tell us to go to Tir and continue fight as you allways done, but also, that the clanners that arrives at Omni-1, now has the chans of being forgiven theire sins and join OmniTeks protection once again.
