Of Instruction discs and Nanos

As of the last patch I've noticed a few changes. I started finding instruction discs in mission chests and as dropped loot on mutants and the enemy. I also found the new fixer nano program Grid armor mk1. The armor sold fast and well.
The instruction discs are all current game nanos, but when I go to the in-town vendors to get an idea what I should sell them for I can't seem to find it on the appropriate vendor.
Are some of the current nanos, not going to be seen on vendors like the new line nanos? i.e I know Line of credit is a low level nano and its been around as long as the strategy guide. However after looking for many days I can't seem to find it on any vendors.
Are there current(old) nanos we will only find on mutants, enemies and in mission chests?

Anyone have an idea on this?

I do beleive that there are some Nanos that were always slotted to be loot only, ie not for sale via vendor.
