At approximately 10:48:45 Nov. 19th, 29478 Omni-Intell with assistance from Omni-Comm, intercepted communications between several high ranking clan officials. The logs from the recordings were immediately delivered to OT analysts.

From the analysis it was determined that two individuals, a Marquis Forejit - Opifex male and Hal Goliday - Nanomage male (accompanied by an unidentified fresh clan bodyguard), had assisted certain key individuals with the capture and subsequent imprisonment of an Omni-Tek employee, Lieutenant Nessin.

In an effort to capture and interrogate the individuals, in the most humane and expedited manner, several reclaim bio-data channels were redirected to an undisclosed location. The suspects would be slain and would "resurrect" at the unnamed location, where they would be taken into the custody of Omni-pol, after questioning from Omni-Intell.

At approximately 13:29:13 Nov. 19th, 29478 upon commands given by senior Omni-Tek officials; Marquis Forejit, Hal Goliday, and the unidentified bodyguard were slain by Unforgiven Unit member "Simcha" near the Mongrel Meat stand in Old Athen (East).

We congratulate Simcha for his dedication and work well done.


**Addendum**
Unfortunately, when dealing with reclaim technology and all technology in general, anomalies in the software or glitches in the hardware, can and sometimes do occur.

We regret to inform the families of Mr. Forejit, Mr. Goliday, and the unidentified bodyguard that the biological data streams of the three could not be reassembled, nor regenerated.

We also apologize to the clan sanitation workers, if there are any, for the unintended mess.

So, in summary, unnamed "senior Omni-Tek officials" ordered the permadeath of three Clan members. Congratulations Simcha: You are now a mass murderer.

Where is the justice in this!

I have to say I am shaken with anger at this press release.. You sit there all smug and 'We congratulate Simcha for his dedication and work well done'?

I say both the Omni-Tek Officials and this Murderer "Simcha" should face the charges of murdering three Clan personal and be delt with in a swift and quick manner.

If this was the other way around and it was three Omni-tek personal there would have been raids and false witnesses..

So I say again where is the Justice!!!

After numerous complaints to our Division regarding this occurance I felt a statement should be in order.

As the acting Squad Commander on duty that evening, close monitoring of the bio-dat (or Biological Data) channels was apparently working after a few "tests" had been performed.

One can not neccessarily understand the full undertakings of redirecting normal bio-dat channels. Attempting such a task is not a light thing to do, and as always there is a marginal chance of error.

Due to past occurances redirection of bio-dat channels is a neccessary precaution, as certain individuals in the past have simply ended their lives to escape questioning.

It is unforunate that the three individuals who partook in this particular investigation were slain as a result, however such incidents occur from time to time. This particular method is used regularlly and safely with an approximate 93% chance of success, well within the Omni Regulated 80% standard.



As always we urge coorperation in these matters so similar situations such as this do not occur.
