Coordinates of Directions to Rompa Bar, Please?

OK, I give up and will ask for help. I have searched Omni Entertainment from the sewers to the floodplain, from the whompas to the city gates, and I can not find the Rompa Bar.

Would someone please post either directions to it from an easily identifiable landmark or, even better, the map coordinates of the entrance? Thank you!

It's very close to Baboons.
I think it is SW of Baboons, NE of the arena.

It is also up on one of those ledge walk ways you have to go up a ramp around the corner. The entrance is nowhere as loudly proclaimed as baboons. Made it there once & haven't been able to find it again since (but then i haven't looked really hard).

Go to Baboons, face the entrance, and turn around 180 degrees. Just walk straight from there and the bar is on your left. You have to walk up a ramp that is after the bar to get to it. It's kinda hard to spot because, like someone else said, it's up a "level" just like all the stores in Ent are.
