max ncu for twink!

Well I know many ppl that have low lvl twinks and one of the most important skill for them is ncu
I really wonder how much ncu is the maximum you can get say at... lvl 10?
Then please dont count in any treatment exploted stuff... I have heard lvl 15 ppl getting 173 ncu this way!
Just tell how much its possible to get... and how?

I know of one trader getting at least 210 NCU in at L34. Took about an hour of buffing and rebuffing to do, but not bad going.

I think the armour twinking is getting close to silly. A friend's fixer get into QL75 OPE at L28.

All done legitimately I may add.

I got QL 70 implants on my 28 crat. He was spitting fire after that.

I got 54 NCU in my trader at L10 without even trying.

I made that thread strictly for LvL 8, as that is the last real level you can still easily token farm (get missions from and in omni-trade) and yet get maximum twink without too much trouble...

At level 10, you can get your abilities to 64 without too much trouble yes.

Well I posted this only to plan for my twink but it seems Im gonna build one and try out myself.... THe guilde for lvl 8 is cool but im planning to be 10-15 and pvp some =)
So with this xx char im planning to have ql70 implants... I dunno if I could have ql90 but propalby not =(
I have planned something about 70-80 ncu ... but I dunno if that can be done... well see

Your limit at that level will be abilities, and with the best implants possible utilizing the right req's, you should be able to pull off some mean stuff. Feel free to give me a tell if ya need anything.
