Understanding FC's (crazy/stupid/broken) PvP Title system

Ok, how do the titles work?? From what I understand (which is nothing, I started PvPing yesterday....) you get the titles from having a positive kill/death ratio in PvP. My questions are:

How many kills/points do i get for kill someone with a title (asuming that I don't). Say I kill a freshman/appreantice/rookie....how many points to I get toward my own title? And how many points/kills do I lose for losing to another person without a title, or someone with a PvP title that is 1,2 or 3 levels higher than mine? Oh and what are all the titles in order....all I know is:
Freshman
?
?
Rookie
Novie
Neophyte

I hear you get neophyte in the exact same number of kills as it takes licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop.

Not sure if its more between Novice and Neophyte, havent got there yet
