For me, it's annoyance. I'm not a fixer, advent or MA that has a nice green runskill and runbuffs. So, I cheat. Guess what? It's a cheat everyone can use. Till FC fixes, I'll do it. If they ban me, they're losing a customer over simple BS.

You seem to be going on about roots in PvP. I DON'T PvP with my soldier.
I fail to see the point of being rooted/run debuffed when I killed the damn mob, and it's rotting at my feet.
Say I'm in a PvP zone, and I just killed some nasty Omni NT that rooted me. Now, why would I want to stick around so his buddies or some passerby can whack me? It's beyond insane. If I can break the root, I'll do so. However, if he was still alive and spam casting roots, casting debuffs on myself really doesn't help, as he can get off roots much quicker. So.................... I fail to see your point about roots. The reason Fixer roots suck is well, the same reason of all fixer nanos: nano skills BLOW.

And people without tons of cash to throw around (or their moms and dads to pay for it) don't have the best of the best graphics and best ping.
