what map do i need to buy to upload the wailing wastes and wartorn valley?

i do not ask how to get there, i know where they are and how to get there - i just happen to like the mini maps because i can try to judge how far i need to jog.
(the distance i need to jog sometimes decides wether i delete a mission because of the odd spawn patters in places like the waste grey, grey, low green, grey, dark red - dark red?

i tried athen old and west, aegan and athen shire to no avail.

i am aware that the mini zones where once all grouped together and then split up for server load reasons which explains why you get them listed as zones when you do a mission but nowhere on the connection maps.

are these maps only available to start up clan chars and not to neutrals/omnis???
