I do it ta make me feel better about myself because monsters and other proffesions beat me up all day in a video game and it makes me feel bad about myself. Do you feel better about yourself?

It's from an old game (do not remember it's name though), originally in chineese/japaneese and then someone transleted it into english.

Basically, when you lost control of one of your bases, you'd get a message-box, saying "all your base are belong to us", which is not good english. This soon turned into a joke about the game and bad translations.

But I'm ranting.

Good luck on beating enforcers btw.
