just wondering if it will be effected. Doesn't really bother me if it does, but I have a ql 100ish one on one of my noobs, and without the trader EE/WS buffs, ql125 EE/WS plants, Base buffs and some tutoring I don't think I could equip a level 20 one. Will it's stats be reduced, or will it be treated like NCU/Implants?
