What is the lowest QL of heavy Omni-Tek Armor that is around??

I wanna equip one just for the look, but want to use as little as possible of IP.

If you also know the lowest QL for the medium variant, i also wnat to know.

medium is 100+

I believe heavy is 120 or so, but don't quote me on that one.
