We've changed some settings on the bulletin board to make it run faster. It seems to be working, and I've reduced the minimum time between searches to 15 seconds, as it seems the server can handle it.

This might be changed again later, if we see the server struggling, or obviously being able to handle a lower minimum time. The minimum time between posting might also change, depending on this.
