"Innate nano formula" items.

Hi,

I have a pair of pistols, MTI-B94, which say that they contain the innate nano formula Elusive Target. I can't figure how, when or why this nanoformula is initiated - it seems completely random. I seem to only notice it running in my NCU after I've died and been doing nothing for a while. Any idea what triggers the nanoformula?

I have a pair of these guns too, but I can't use them as Pistol is not a skill I'm developing. I think they are ql 60-ish and add 4% xp each... nice for dual weilders. I would also like to know if anyone can explain how the innate nano formula works on these, maybe they could fetch a good price $-) Yes, they are for sale...

As far as I know, innate nano formulas on weapons are the same thing as special processes (procs). I had a SMG that did minor health funnel or something silly. It worked maybe once out of every 200 shots.
