How do i find out about ingame events?

Hi, how do i find out about ingame events? Like the cyborg attacks and stuff. How do i find out where to go and what time to be there? Id really like to participate in these events, and i have a really good connection so i know it will be worth it. Because these things develope very quickly (they need too otherwise the servers would melt from everybody trying to get into the one zone) you either need to luck out and be there when it happens or be part of a guild in which one of its members happens to be in the right spot at the right time and alerts everybody.
