Now you are being silly, some things like getting buffed shouldn't be labeled an exploit. If you're that way, even logging on might be an exploit, since we don't know what was intended, right?
I don't think anyone, especially not professional developers like the ones at Funcom would need 8 months to realise that if something has a requirement, and that you can raise the criteria needed to meet the requirement, that people will raisse the criteria and then meet the requirement. Duh, clearly intentional. If you stand by your arguments, then anyone who uses implants is exploiting (well, implants with clusters installed, empty would be fine) since they raise your skills, like buffs, so you can use things normally not usable by you.
But I agree, it's their game. We pay them to be able to play, that is all. But this is a game constantly under development, it will never be finished (and shouldn't be), so as a part of any iterative process you must go back and check what the customers want/need/don't know that they need. And I need to squeeze into stuff, it's a fun hobby
