1. Fast & low damage weapons:

Anyone past 50 knows the sorry state the fast & low dam weapons are in. Unless you have an insane load of +crit% adjusters, trying to kill NPCs with fast&lowdam is just an excersise in futility. Well you will eventually wear it down... Reason for this is the way AC is handled for damage reduction. Please, for love of AO, change damage reduction. Make AC absorb some sort of maximum %, so fast&lowdam doesn't always do minimum damage. Say, max 50% absorbtion:

1000AC, fast weapon hits for base 150, reduced to 75 instead of 50dam.
1000AC, slow weapon hits for base 450, reduced to 350 dam as usual.

This would enable slow weapons to still hit "through" armor and be just as effective as they are now. But fast weapons are in dire straits at the moment, they NEED to be made better. This 50% max absorb would depict the ability to aim fast weapons better at weak points in armor, thus bypassing some of it. Fast weapons would still be worse probably, but atleast not as ridiculously badly as now! This would not be a very hard coding effort even, just a few extra procedures into the damage reduction of AC function.

2. IP reallocation

This issue had a lot of opinions written about earlier. Lets face it: You are changing the game a lot, don't make us suffer please. Make a machine that removes all worn gear, implants, reboots (empties) your map unit, puts every single item you have into the bank, sets you to 0 skill raises in all skills, base abilities of a lvl1 person, sets level to 1. Then take off say 2% of total exp amount, and add a locked variable to the char for 30 days RL time (not played, but RL time) that makes you unable to re-do this reset. After this is done, the character can kill one leet to get 1exp and shoot through lvls to whatever their exp is enough for (just like beta4). The player will pay because he will lose the time that 2% of his _total_ exp depicts (not current lvl, but total xp, which gets pretty big you know). But you are changing the game, and making some people pay even WORSE (adventurer multi-ranged messup, enforcer nano skill change messup, you know the drill).

3. Mission distances

For love of AO, make the first mission in the terminal always be set to the closest possible distance please! You advertised the game as being able to log on for 10-15mins, get a mission and do it, log off. Frankly, nowadays since the mission distance is actually broken (you have stated this yourself) and even farther away than before, there is no way to play for casual gamers like me and my gf. We have to save now and then, which means quitting usually in an outpost or city. Then sometimes we would like to play for maybe 15mins, or half an hour. But we can't get a mission to do in that time, since they are a 5-10min run away! We don't care one iota if the mission reward was 0xp 0creds, just as long as we could get a mission that is preferably in the same outpost or max 1-2min run away, and has orange monsters in it... Also, fix the level range of monsters in missions and make it MUCH more tighter. A lvl 50 mission should hold lvl 48-52 monsters, not 40-55.
