Swamp Warden

I have for hours been looking around Rubika for "Swamp Wardens".... But I have not succeded..

Can any one help me where to find them??

Southern Artery Valley, a few clicks nw from Marvin. Marvin again, can be found on the 10-3 outpost.

I know that Swamp warden, Moog and Marvin are connected somehow in a quest, but i cant quite figure it out.
Marvin is a robot, and he needs some diodes replaced. Moog is a Chief Engineer, so id guess he can do this job, but he got a neighbout again who loooooves mushrooms, and talks about awakening the beast under the trees (swamp warden?)..
But thats about all i have figured so far

RSA clans killed the swamp warden quite a few months ago in a nicely combined joint effort. We weren't sure how to do everything at this point, but we knew it was part of a mission of some sort.
