FIX EVADES!!!! A person with 300 evade should evade 50% of the time against a person with 300 in a weapon skill. Wouldn't this be much better than capping damage at 50%??

Damage cap could at least be raised to 70% or so of normal damage, AT LEAST. 50% is just crap, people can heal that off in no time and smash the classes that can't heal at all into the dirt.

Give a message: You have successfully dodged an attack!
Player 2 successfully evaded your attack!

Please, either fix evades or drop healing down to 50% effectiveness, I cannot express how much healing unbalances a fight. Nano-techs went from effective PvPers to worthlessness and Soldiers are quickly becoming a joke! This change was just way too drastic. You can't have things set one way for 10 years then decide one day to change it completely in one smooth move, its not right to the people that have developed their chars to adapt to the old system, i.e. Nanotech pillow nerf and the Adventurer skill change without IP reimbursement.
