Circle G's interplanetary intelligence network has intercepted communications indicating that one of SOL Banking Corporation’s most promising weapon designer has gone mission over the past few days. SOL Banking suspects that he is trying to escape contractual obligations and sell SOL Banking Intellectual Property to a competing Hyper Corporation.

When pressed on the issue, SOL Banking representatives denied all speculation, but security at key SOL Banking checkpoints has been increased over the past few days.

Circle G believes that this man is armed and dangerous, and is thus issuing this general alert to anyone transporting people to Rubi-Ka or any other Omni controlled space, as the rivalry between Omni-Tek and SOL Banking would make Omni space an ideal hiding place.
