concealment question

Will concealment ever work against players? (I know , I know right now it doesnt work well at all even against green mobs) but I thought I read somewhere in the future , it will work as a sort of invisablity if the skill is high enough...did I dream that or is it a possobility. My MA has a green conceal skill and was wondering if I should put a few points into it now while she is young..thinking the only way for her to get her title is to sneak / strike

Quoting from the article Exploiters, overequipping and the rest written by Gaute Godager.

"At the time we implement any changes in the overequipping rules, include the following changes to the game:

Somewhat increase the effectiveness of concealment - make it more useful against monsters - and work against players."

So it would seem that Concealment will be usable against players at some point.
