Dragon Event (Dragon love ppl please help)

Have some plan, but need help and idea.

1.Side Event
Make Omni ppl to dragon and fill clan city sky by squadron.
"Omni Squadron Invation !"

2.non-side Event
Make ppl to Dragon(41NCU) and do a any sky show.
Maybe at newland or borealis.

Main view point is let show "flying fun on Rubi-ka" to new commers.
Many ppl leave Rubi-Ka before get plane.

I realy need help for event.
Cus you know already, my english so suxxor heh.

Can anyone coordinate, announce, make text and buffs for these event please ?

Remember that you need to have 41 free NCU...
