WTF?! I can't change side?

Okay; from the beginning. I made a neutral opi enforcer one day. as lvl 10 I came up with the brilliant idea of token farming, my Fixer haven't got tokens at all

I changed to clan, I thought clan tokens would give more, but I know they don't.

So, now I'm lvl 35. Still only got 44 tokens (I'm not good at farming tokens ). I'm bored of clans ugly cities and I want to change to Omni as all my other chars.

Got myself a app form and tried. Hmm.. "action not available for 5 hours, 3 mins and 32 secs". Okay I thought and went to bed. So now, 12 hours later I tried the same thing. "Action not available in 4 hours, 59 min, 44 secs".

Is this time In-game? and why does it exist? What am I going to do in 5 hours of playing?

like all locked skills its PLAY TIME just stay online 5 hours and u can change side

You know you will not be able to use any of your clan tokens if you switch right? You have to start a new omni token board.
