Usable Armor-Utilities in FP

Is there any way to know if i can use some item while in FP? im interested specially in the nano controller unit (wich is too expensive and ip wasting to only test that i cant use it)
But a list with more items as ma-back items, padded love armor and such stuff would be most useful.
