It is indeed sad, but true, that the numbers of terrorist on Rubi-Ka has increased in numbers... Its seems that some big organisations on Rubi-Ka want to get more land to harvest notum from, but they arent willing to get these areas by the rules ICC have set... So to avoid them from getting attacked, when they want to expand themselves, they get small terrorist orgs to do the dirty job for them, and then take control of the land with no risk at all.... Im sure u all know what im talking about, and I hope these terroist will either be banned from Rubi-Ka or put a terroist tag on them, so we can hunt them down all over Rubi-Ka...
But we also need to punish the big organisation who feed these terroist with money and gear....
