    Open Memo to OT Employees:

    To:Omni-Tek of Rubi-Ka employees
From: Offices of Red Tape, Omni-Admin

Open Memo: Lack of centralized authority in Omni-Tek

To all the valliant Omni-Tek employees risking their lives daily to ensure the security of the company it has come to our department's attention that there has been a general overall decrease in efficiency and cohesion in the responses of the formentioned employees.

Theories of reasons for this efficiency decline is probablly due to a lack of a strong visible centralized source of authority. In the past, the employees have looked to Phillip Ross and other board members for leadership and support. Since last year when the first wave of new colonists arrived on Rubi-Ka those leaders have remained mostly silent and out of public notice.

We at Red Tape wishes to remind all loyal employees that they have not been forgotten and that their efforts are not in vain. Keep up the good work. Together, our combined efforts will build a stronger future for Omni-Tek.

    Sincearly,

    Omni-Tax is working for YOU!

Remember that by contributing your share to the community of OT-RK you minimize the amount of resources drained from extraplanetary assets. This will contribute to overall growth of our industries on Rubi-Ka and will elevate our already high standard of living.

Your competitors are not within the Corporation. Your competitors are those competing for Omni-Tek's market on Rubi Ka. Your focus should be clear. Our leaders may not have been as prevalent but let us also remember that in light of many changes in our economy they are rather busy. We have the Managerial PRinciples of Phillip Ross, the Operational Procedures of Omni Tek at our disposal. We are an efficient marketing machine and each and every one of our employees are a vital contribution to our success. Every pay raise, every promotion is not merely a reflection of your individual skill, but the hard work of countless employees across the Hypercorporation. This unity is our strength. This unity is what makes us profitable. This unity is what makes our market share so lucrative, which in turn elevates ALL of our standards of living while reducing our cost.

Do you like living in caves and ramshackle shanties? Do you like eating... leets, or rollerrats <shudders>. Do you like being under scrutiny by those who care not about yur work, not about your productivity, ut only to exploit every thing they can from you for their OWN gain and power? Then resign from Omni Tek if those are your wishes.

Do not let your fellow Rubi-Kans suffer in squalor. Show them the quality of the life they are missing. Do not believe the lies spread by the clans how our market and venture on Rubi Ka is failing... if it were would we be open to hire? Would we be open to market expansion? There is ALWAYS room at Omni-Tek if you are willing to work for a better life not only for yourself, but for Rubi-Ka. Compare your benefits and compensation package to a someone living in Tir, where the person in the next house will eliminate them simply because they had a different idea... at Omni-Tek, the suggestion box is always open.

    Omni-Tek is your friend.
By my fists you shall be exalted.
