Is it possible to get a Mission Building for Organisations.

For meetings, gathering and a general place for the Org,
The building would give the org a place for role playing and to conduct org business in peace.

Also does Org tax get auto deducted every 2 real life hours or every 2 game hours? or do we have to set a time limit if it isnt auto?
