Put % Critical Increase all ALL 1H weapons

Guns and melee.

Evades lower critical chance. It's alot hard to actively evade from faster weapons. The faster the weapon is, the less likely you are to evade them, thus, your chance of scoring a critical SHOULD increase. If you use two 1h weapons at the same time, the evasion chance should keep getting harder.

This would increase 1h'r usefulness like gimpy pistols and fast low damage squibbers, etc... weapons no one ever uses because there are better.

A modest bonus of perhaps, 1% at low Ql, 2% at medium QL, and 3% at high end QL would suffice. So dual wielding q200 pistols would increase your crit chance by 6%.
