Doc mobs Dots need a fix

As a 198 MA, I usually do great in 198 missions.

ACEs normally arent any problem.

However, if I meet a doc-mob, it can be bad.

Not cause of their weapon dmg, and I can live with the init-debuff as well. But their dots are too powerful.

Dots are doing full dmg, like a doc player casting dots on mobs.

I think it may be bugged, cause if u zone, the dot is doing half dmg, like I think it was ment to do.

Getting 2 dots now, doing 975 dmg every 10 sec or so, is almost certain death to me, if I am not close to exit. I cant heal fast enough with init-debuff to stay alive :)

Is this a bug or?
