Problems with Omni-1

For the purpose of keeping this thread focused I would like for us to focus on what the problems are, not how to fix them (yet).

• The South Region was blown up by the Dust Brigade 11 years ago to the day today and no rebuilding has occurred.
• The North Region is dumping toxic waste into the Stret River.
• Bridges in and out of the HQ District lead to nowhere.
• Night Clubs are unimplemented.
