On the news of the public announcement from Omni-Tek regarding the results of their work with the so-called B-virus, FJRK soon learned that similar activities had been under way for some time by clan sources.

FJRK reporters confirmed that the information received verified the conclusions that the clan researchers had reached independently of Omni-Tek and finalized the choice of best possible deployment vectors to mirror those being undertaken by Omni-Tek.

Information was received from the leader of the Vanguards, Alan Jacobi, that both the work undertaken by the clans, and Omni-Tek itself, was only possible due to the tireless work and efforts of many people, the Lady Alexandrasa Draconis of the Knights of Avalon being the most notable. It was her acquisition of the most promising solution vector that permitted the creation of the anti-viral vectors that have subsequently passed all testing. They are now considered successful, and ready for deployment. A great number of personnel were involved both in the work and the verification of the efficacy of this anti-viral modality. A number of Knights and Sentinels volunteered as final positive test subjects to verify the safety of the proposed solution.

As Omni-Tek is in the process of deploying the solution via their whompah network, the clans are also similarly deploying their own verified versions via the clan controlled whompahs for a complete solution to this threat to all people of Rubi-Ka.
