April 18: Clan Celebration

April 18, 29191 - Omni-Tek signs an agreement with the new Omni-Tek Manual Labourer's Guild, protecting the workers' rights. The groundwork is laid for the rise of the clans.

In honor of this occasion, we are going to be arranging a large gathering of Clan members on April 18th (also known as Thursday) at 2000 GMT.

Tentatively, we will simply gather outside of Tir West Gate and mix, mingle, dance, celebrate, cheer, and light off some fireworks on some innocent critters.

I suggest leaving Tir through South Gate to avoid zoning lag/crashes, should enough people show up.

Anyhow, just pop on by, socialize, dance, and enjoy what is basically a large outdoor picnic celebrating the day the fight for freedom began.

Erm, GVRK is RK1, but I don't see why people can't gather on RK2, too. There isn't an organized dance party or anything, just a gathering. *shrugs*

Oh, OT are just party-poopers trying to make us look like violent wild people... some of us are, but not the majority.

The way I see it, and how Radiman stated it, was that this is a celebration of the labor union, not the Clans. I still say, to intelligent Omnis, celebrate one of the brighter moves Omni-Tek has done. :-)
