Pretty much, I have a petition up still that's going on 6 weeks with no reply and I sent 4 emails no reply.
Was about a week and half to two week to get a e-mail response about an account issue.
Maybe we should claim/complaint, no idea where or how. But we are paying not only for play, also for game support / customer support, and atm funcom lacking both. So reimburse money and make AO free at all.
Secret World Legends took all of the GMs, even petitions in that game are 10 days or so.
Who cares, we are paying for decent customer service, if they lack of employes get more... greedy FCQuote:
