This is the "easy" daily mission from the bar keeper that sends you to a PvP arena and you kill 3 notum smugglers". Use to be you talk to the Magnum Blake NPC in the BS room and he would send you there, but that doesn't seem to be the case any longer. Anyone know how to get there now?
