Will there be a downloadable version of the booster pack? I'd rather not pay shipping if I don't have to. Plus, downloading would mean more immediate gratification than if you had to wait for it to arrive by snail mail.

It's not going to be downloadable, at least at the get-go. I suspect it will be downloadable not too long after its release, however.
