Sorry to bother you guys, but I haven't been able to find this info anywhere, and people around me in game haven't been very helpful.
I'm a lvl 15 MA, and I need to increase my NCUs in order to be able to have more programs running at once. What do I have to buy/do for this? Where do I buy/do it and how?
Any help you could give me would be -very- appreciated!

Maybe someone could tell me where to buy these belts and chips, however, since I'm still not clear on that...
Found someone in game who explained to me why I couldn't seem to equip the belt and all, so it all works now.
