Omni-Tek Base Attacked!

IRRK Freelance - The Omni-Tek base at 2HO, Stret East Bank, is attacked by an unkown group.
During the night of Saturday the 16th of May somewhere between 2200 and 2400 hours Rubi-Ka standard the Omni-Tek outpost of 2HO was attacked by an unknown group.
Moments prior to the attack a jamming signal was initiated which blocked all communication equipment and security systems in the area.
It is then believed that the raiders exited the grid inside the base and set about dispatching the Omni employees.
As the alarm systems were jammed, Omni- Tek command was unaware of the attack and thus no reinforcements were dispatched until the first employees began to arrive at the insurance terminals.
By the time these reinforcements reached the base it is believed that the attackers had managed to dispatch the full on-duty garrison as well as many of the support and technical staff for both the main base and the supply depot to the north.
An Omni-Tek Spokes person had the following to say.

The attack on the 2HO base appears to have been well thought out and prepared for. This leads us to suspect it was undertaken by a terrorist group from the Clan territories. However there have so far been no claims of responsibility and certain aspects of the attack do not correlate with previous Clan attacks.
There were no permanent fatalities as the jamming signal seems to have been designed not to affect or intrude on insurance pattern technology.
The Corporation did however suffer material losses. It seems that the main objective of the raid was to destroy equipment and supplies. The bulk of the destroyed supplies were destined for Borealis, but new shipments have already been arranged at minimal disruption and only a small delay is expected.
So the question is,
Does Omni-Tek really know who is behind this attack? Who was it? And for what reasons did they destroy the supplies?
