Problems with CC

Well today i was flying in my Yalm to a mission in Cav when I get a system message says area is overcrowed please turn back or find another destination. well I ponder this for a moment then i decide i will fly a little higher because maybe if i am not as close to the ground it will allow me to fly over it well lone behold at this attempt i crash. When I log back in I have been rooted and am getting attacked by a Clan NT named Buurn(Originalilty at its best) Well needless to say me being a 138 sodlier and him being a 167 NT I was killed in my Yalm. Well i cant realy figure out how I was PvP live when i got killed other then the fact that i was I must have been warped that way from the tower area. But something needs to be done here CC shouldnt keep you at 25% when it warps you half way across the map. But its obvouis that something needs to be done.
