Newland announces a decision in the Logo contest.

IRRK: After a longer than expected deliberation, the City of Newland has finally announced a winner for a logo to represent the city.
During the weekends Adam Roycraft Day festivities the Mayor of Newland was proud to announce that a decision has been reached in the logo contest.
The winning logo was provided by Phuriae.

While this decision has been made, the exact use of this logo has yet to be decided. The items that will display it, and the exact format of that display are still being discussed.
However we wanted to let our fellow citizens know that the decision was finally reached after long and careful consideration of the many great submissions that were received by the Council in support of this effort.
The City of Newland wishes to thank each and every one who lent their time and effort into this, and for your patience while we deliberated over the many many wonderful submissions.
