0800 this morning saw an emergency meeting of the ICC on Rubi-Ka in light of Omni-Tek's repeatedly slipping grasp on Borealis.

While we are not privvy to the transcript of the ICC's meeting, we do know that Omni-Tek's repeated failures in Borealis include:
- the destruction of the Communication Dish
- the death of several lead officials while apparently in Borealis under Omni-Pol protection,
- The repeated uncontrollable rioting in Borealis
- The continued savage structural damage to Borealis
- The frequent re-emergence of the Borealis Freedom Fighters with little to no deterrent from Omni-Tek.
ICC officials outside the hearing were not commenting on the developments this morning around the Humbold Device, however recent developments point to a 'Protocol Six,' of which no further information is available.

ICC Adjudicator Jade Hallett ruled that Omni-Tek would:
- Surrender Borealis unconditionally and immediately to the ICC
- Be investigated by ICC officials around it's conduct in light of recent events
- Be fined fourteen billion credits for the restoration project of Borealis and the future regeneration of damaged assets in and around Borealis.
Neither Omni-Tek nor ICC were available to comment after the hearing.

This is nonsense.
First they are restricting our ways to keep order.
Then they are punishing us.
If we were allowed to place unicorns in Borialis from the start, none of this would happen.
Hope you are proud of yourselves ICC.

ICC is restricting your way to choke the life out of neutrals.

ICC is punishing you for your crimes.

The Unicorn Company is well known to be the most de****able group of super human killers that Omni-Tek has created, they alone turned the tide during the corporate wars and you think the neutrals want those walking killing machines walking their streets near their families? you must have lost your mind.... oh wait, you are an omni drone, you already have.

About time ICC does something positive, for a change. They've been too afraid of the corporation to take real action in the past decade, only slaps on the bloody hands of omnis and little real consequences.

The only terrorists these days are the Dust Brigade, and they are not clan, or they wouldn't have attacked clan leaders, clan cities and clan outposts.
