Go smg, or pdkp.. Stop waiting for smg buff... Itd take a 700-900(1400) AR wepon to fix ar soldija. And then others would crY.
One idea would be to make FA cap at 25k for AR soldiers, and 40% AR FAs in pvp like it used to beQuote:

There are more important things to worry about imho.
But on topic, sure it could have a small hp buff, like the other xan weaps. No real reason not to have it.
