FJRK - Citizens of Old Athen are concerned after another strike by the extremists known as the Legion. A Clan investigator working on compiling and following leads to try to track the Legion down was killed by a force of Legionaries in broad daylight in the middle of Old Athen.
"It was fairly quick and brutal," explained a spokesman for the Vanguards. "She was making her way through the city, apparently being tailed by an agent of the Legion. Then out of no where, a small detachment of Legionaries took her down and attempted to evacuate the scene."
Slain was Investigator Christina Malynn, 31, from Tir. According to our sources, she did not successfully reclaim after the attack.
"They may have destroyed some good evidence that could have ultimately led to their arrest," the Vanguard spokesman said. "It just goes to show you how dangerous they can be."
