fix opi gfx bug - should be easy

Hello,

I recently got my pads (yay!) but can't wear them outside due to the gfx misalignment bug.

That started me thinking... the pads bug, the sunglasses bug, the 'broken neck' bug when wearing coats. I can see how the last one might be problematic to fix, mesh changes and what else - and god knows there're more important issues - but fixing the pads gfx on opi males shouldn't need more than changing a couple of numbers in some database, no? I mean, it's been that way since the pads got introduced, what, ages ago?

Any devs playing opis? ;)

14.7.5. new cloaks. mesh still f*cked up. no time to fix old ones, but enough to create new funky hat meshes. gah.

sad & hopeless bump

big bump for this one.
Especially the female model with orange spikes, like Hatchetgrrl, prolly concerns all colours of those spikes.
They get an extension of the CDS helmet and back of the head in GA, this needs to be gone.
