Cannot Play DX issue?

Put in a support ticket but thought I'd reach out here as well.

Just patched Anarchy Online and now get an error message saying No Graphics Device with Hardwarsupport was found using DirectX!


Can't start game. Was working fine before the patch. Windows 10, Intel graphics. I have downloaded and installed the older directx drivers as well. Updated Intel Graphics drivers. In the settings of the game I used to see choices for 3D HAL but don't see that any longer. Just have 2 choices: Intel HD Graphics 4000 RGB emulation or Primary Graphics Drive - RGB Emulation. Neither works. Please let me know what I can do.
