Is NERF a crit reliant weapon?

Yeah. Most of the time we try to ask for a nerf it never does any damage, but once every now and then when it lands a crit it really hurts.

i wouldnt say it is crit reliant, but a single critical nerf hit has caused more than permanent fatality in its time.

then again, there are times when the consistent high damage is pretty painful too :)

I am pretty sure that NERF damage is a crit reliant.
I mean usual hits like normal NERFS could hit from Unoticable to Ouch Damage. But with a 15% ELLNS on you could do NERF damage that makes your eyeballs pop.
