I based that after hours care nano on Spirit of Redemption in WoW which does the following:
Increases total Spirit by 5% and upon death, the priest becomes the Spirit of Redemption for 15 sec. The Spirit of Redemption cannot move, attack, be attacked or targeted by any spells or effects. While in this form the priest can cast any healing spell free of cost. When the effect ends, the priest dies.
So the point is to allow us to still contribute and heal for a short time after you get zerged, and then die once that short time is up. Since dieing AO means zoning back to the respawn point, it would have to be done via the roundabout method of making you invincible for a bit then setting your HP to 0.
