I think Storm is pretty active in PvP. At least I know I am.

Most active high level Omni guilds are quite strict on their recruit policy so it might be quite difficult to get in... atleast to the guilds mentioned by Jerrak.
Dunno if that forum name is the one you playing with... never heard about it :)
